Is This Glue Safe?

I wanna know if i can use this to glue some java moss got down.
 
 

Says on the bottle COMBUSTIBLE, EYE IRRITANT, BONDS SKIN INSTANTLY. CONTAINS CYANOACRYLATE. RAPID POLYMERIZATION MAY OCCR UPON IMPACT WITH WITH WATER OR ACYLINE SUBSTANCES.

yep it will be safe, basically its superglue "gel" (but less viscose) the rubber content makes it less brittle for higher impact situations.

If it only contains cyanoacrylate then it's safe to use

well i ended up buying other glue because  dont trust this one thanks for the comments though
