Is This Filter Complete?

I bought a second hand tank from ebay. It's an old fluval with the internal filter. Here's what I have-is it everything I need for the filter to work?

Also, the heater is a superfish brand one and it has no clips. Does it go in the filter?

Thats a Juwel internal filter (usually siliconed onto the sides of a Juwel tank).

It is complete, minus the lid (which you dont need really). The heater usually slots down one of the side compartments. Usually they are fitted a few inches of the gravel, so if you have it sitting on the bottom (of gravel or sand) depending on the size of your tank, the water will go inside the top, so you will either have to put stones or wood underneath it so it sits square to the top of your tank or lower the water line slightly.

Edit: The powerhead fits in the middle compartment next to the filter media, with the connectors going thru the hole to the side to create the flow.
