As i said before one of my tanks had " exploded " .... So i had to move my fish into the 12 gallon.

This is what i had before:
- 2 gold barbs
- 2 harlequin rasboras
- 5 neon tetras
- 1 platy
- 4 guppies
- 1 honey gourami

Now i have:
- 2 harlequin rasboras
- 1 platy
- 4 guppies
- 1 honey gourami

Hope that isnt overstocked like it was before. Is it still overstocked?

What are the tank dimensions? For a 60 cm long tank, this is not overstocked, but for a 30 cm tank, it is. It is still awkward stocking as the rasboras are not in a school, but definitely an improvement both overall and in terms of water preferences.

It is 60 cm long and 45 cm high and 30 cm wide i know about the harlequins but cant do much about them at the minute, they seem to be with the guppies all the while moving around the tank :good: also do you thinki could add some sort of snail, shrimp, otto or cory. Thanks

You are doing fine for that 20 gallon tank. The rasboras could be increased a bit but I think you are on the right track.

Check your calculations. 1 x 2 x 1.5 feet is 3 in my book. There are 7.49 gallons in a cubic foot. I rounded it off to 20 total because I am guessing you measured the outside, not the inside.

Yes im sorry i didnt measure the inside as i have fish and all that in it and i thought it might stress them out a bit.

If you don't add anything else, you could probably get away with a few of the smaller species of cory like pandas. If you fill out the rasbora numbers you will be using up your excess capacity that way instead.

I dont really want to get rid of the rasboras as they seem really happy and look nice. How many pandas could i get?
