Definitely a female!

The best way to tell by using the dorsal as measurement;
In a male, the dorsal fin will meet the edge of the Anal fin when the Dorsal fin is flat against his back
In a female the Dorsal will NOT reach the Anal fin when laying flat
This method works with Juvenal's.
