is there something wrong with my fish?

recently noticed that the face of one of my fish has drastically changed and i can’t help but think that something has happened to him. What do you think?

Hi! He definitely doesn't look quite right. Answering some questions will help us better identify what is going on.

What is the tank size?
How old is the tank?
What are the water parameters? (ammonia, nitrites, nitrates, ph)
What are the tank inhabitants?
Has anything happened to the tank recently? Any fish died? Any newer fish?

These fish come with all sorts of problems, and you have discovered one of them. These guys are man made and therefore this is what you get. Nature does a way better job.

Black / White widows seem to be prone to a kind of tumor / cancer mainly around the mouth. I am afraid this is such an issue and there isn't much you can do. Sorry !
