Is The Shrimp Pregnant?

Just bought some new shrimp only bought enough for one tank because i know they breed fairly quickly

but on looking at them is this one pregnant?

Yes she is berried, and by the look of it not too far off releasing her shrimplets.

OK then now how should I make sure they hatch? put her in a separate bowl and do 50% changes every day?

Just keep the tank clean. Don't move her that will stress her and she could drop the eggs. they will hatch in time.
