Seriously, there shouldn't be any editing unless your avatar is inappropriate and even in that case, you would normally get a PM from a mod asking you to change it. Of course, if were pure porn or something totally objectionable, we would remove it immediately but otherwise, we generally ask you to do it first before doing it ourselves.
