Is My Ph Too Low In My Puffer Tank?

my test kit came today and i tested my water, everything is fine except my ph?

its an api Fw test kit, and the gsp is in a 65l tank by himself

ammonia - 0
nitrite - 0
nitrate - <5
ph - 6

is this too low?

i will be changing him over to a 130l tank in a few weeks, am setting up next few days and will slowly be changing it to brackish with marine salt.

will the marine salt slowly bring up the ph? and not to worry and bother trying to add stuff to bring up ph

You are correct that the marine salt will bring up your pH (and hardness.) Unfortunately, it raises the hardness and pH too fast to be safe for fish. You have to be careful though, a spike in mineral hardness (also pH will be affected) can be harmful to your puffer. I would assume you would add the salt in many small doses to reach your desired concentration, but admittedly, I've never acclimated a fish from fresh to brackish, so I am unsure of the procedure and how to acclimate. You might try in the brackish forum and ask about this and find out for sure.

You'll want to do the drip method. I did this with my Columbian sharks when I bought them they were in freshwater I did the drip method to introduce them the brackish. Heres a link!
