Either pregnant or worms. How long has it looked like that? If it stays like that much longer then it's probably worms.

Well, she does look squared off, Which is a sign of an advanced pregnancy.
Looking for a gravid spot doesn't always help with mollies. For not all female mollies will show a gravid spot no matter how pregnant they might be.

Its either worms, being pregnant or she is bloated
