Is It Ok To Rinse Water In Dechlor Water

I can't see why it wouldn't be fine but i want to make sure it's ok to fill my sink with dechorinated water and rinse my filter in it. I won't de doing a water change for a few days so i don't want to use tank water

the theory of that sounds fine but personally I'd be too scared to try it! It would be good to know though if you do try it and it works out okay

It will be fine, but a better idea maybe syphon a half a bucket of tank water out wash media in it replace then top up the tank again, risk free
