My mom belives that bettas like small areas and me puting him in a 10 gallon tank alone will kill him. I think shes wrong put who knows maby betas like those dirty cups at walmart?

Bettas can survive in small cups, but they do like room to swim.
In their natural habitat, they live in small muddy water type areas.

Putting a betta in a 10 gallon tank will not kill him.

I ovcaurse know this, but my other quistion is will he like it or will depond on himself, he likes it I think. Also is any things i should have in his big tank???

:D betta buddy will love the 10 gal.
Put in a cave of some sort & some plants. With the filter & a heater he will be one happy little guy. Plus in the 10 you could get him a friend to help bordom from setting in. :D

Hey! Just make sure this friend isnt another betta!!!!! and some advice, steer away from danios and tetras, they will rip your bettas' fins to shreds!!! :hyper: Good luck with him and have some fun! Bettas are the best in my opinion! Pretty dang smart too! B)
