Cool :)
What are they producing there?
Mostly Sea turtles
Moorich idol
Tang
Lagoon fish
7 species of clown fish
Different types of corals and animones
Food fishes
And most marine animals we eat.

That sounds really interesting. You should try and do some work experience there. Maybe get a part time or full time job there when you're not studying.

They invite me before but I don’t have time.

I have to do daily water changes on 8 tanks.

Why daily man? That seems like a waste on time and money.

I’m going to do daily for about a months, I might have more time!

and nope! I don’t waste money on water change because I use rain water and well water.

But why are you doing daily? Assuming you have a decent filter and live plants, you should only need to do weekly water changes.

I only have 1 tank with anacharis other than that, it’s a blackwater tank.

2 betta tanks don’t have a filter
You should look into getting some inexpensive sponge filters/air pumps for those betta tanks.

In the long run, it will be worth it for you.

Even with tanks that have no filter, daily water changes are not necessarily. (Except in the case of diseases in the tank)

Put some Water Sprite in the tanks, it will help keep the water cleaner.

Does acclimating mollies to saltwater considering an animal cruelty in your opinion?

As long as the water is clean and the fish didn't come from acid water, it's fine to keep them in sea water. Keeping them in soft or acid water is wrong and harms them.
