Inappropriate Common Names

Well Sir Minion I've got one like yours - the chinese algae eater/sucking loach - they are not chinese, they are not algae eaters (most of the time) and they are not loaches... but they do suck.

And the 'giant' gourami (colisa fasciata) which only gets to about 3.5".

If you look at the appearance of fish, there are millions with mis-leading names - licorice gouramies, discus, thread-fin rainbows, black ghost knife, firemouths etc but with a little imagination, I can see why headstanders are called headstanders and the point of the name 'hatchetfish'
