Well I don't want to do that because I've had him for almost 3 years and I wouldn't want to lose him which is why I want to add the angels first then after 2 weeks I'll get the water tested. Then if its good I'll add the pleco.

OK thanks guys. One more question. Once I clone the tank should I add fish immediatly after doing so or should I wait like half an hour before I add some angels to it?

Hi Durbkat,

You can add them right away or wait a little while, but not too long. For example, you might take a break for lunch, but don't wait until the next day. The bacteria need to eat and it will take a little while, as it is, for the fish to do their thing and add ammonia to the water. You don't have to do it instantly, just soon.

Not yet but I'm building the stand saturday and hopefully that day I can get a ride to my lps to buy gravel, plants, and dechloronator. But I can't set it up till I find out if there is a good chance I'll have to move.
