Im Moving House?

Im moving house, well city actually to a place about an hour away.

I have a planted tank with fish currently in and wondered what people thought the best way would be to transport it to avoid problems at the other end.

I have a 60ltr tank,
6 checkered barbs,
ocean rock,
and around 10 plants in there
