Im cycled time for fish

what fish should I look at getting for my small tank which is around 60L-70L in size with a gravel substrate.
my water parameters are:
7.2 PH
KH of 10/178 ppm
GH of >7 >125 ppm
N02 or nitrite is 0ppm
N03 or nitrate is 25ppm
Ammonia is also 0ppm
though I added another 3pmm of ammonia to hold my tank over till I get fish.
I will do a water change before adding fish.

What fish should I put in?

I am putting cherry shrimp in as a measure of algae control and plant control.
I don't care if the shrimp are eaten by other fish.

I also think neon tetras or danios would be nice to swim in the topwater.

Neon tetras would be better than danios because danios, although small, need a long tank just because they are such fast swimmers.

Harlequin rasboras or one of the lookalike species (Hengel's rasboras and Espe's rasboras) are also suitable for the tank size/water parameters.

I am a huge fan of guppies for tanks that size because they are fun, colorful, cheap, breed on their own(babies!), and are a great community fish. I highly recommend having a few snails and live plants in there as well. Having them will create a balanced ecosystem in your tank that is much easier to take care of.

Endlers would also be good as they’re a bit smaller than guppies and look just as nice, if not better.

GH of >7 >125 ppm

Is that the highest your tester reads? Over 7 could be a tiny bit over 7 to very high.
Hardness determines the type of fish you can keep. If it's a tiny bit over 7, it is suitable for neons, harlequins and other soft water fish. If it's a lot higher than 7 it is suitable for hard water fish such as guppies.
Does your water provider give hardness on its website?

My water providee doesnt have a website but my water is middle of the road for hardness.

Got some shrimp there went crazy its been 2 hours and already my tank is cleaner lol.

Ive stocked my tank with 6 black neons, 6 danios, 4 siamese algae eater and 5 shrimp.
Everyone is doing fine except one of the danios is bullying my black neon and other danios.
Water parameters are stable.

I am only worried that I am not feeding my fish enough. I am feeding a pinch of flakes 4 times a day and 1 shrimp stick a day.
