Hi all,
I've not been here for a while, so hi all that knew me, and hi all that don't!!!!
I had a really nice 4ft Rena tank before, but due to moving etc etc, I had to get rid of it, when I did i was absolutely gutted as it was a gem at £50, complete setup etc etc!!!
Anyhow, I've not got a new tank as yet, but it's only a matter of time, the seed has been sown, and I will get one, I guess as others will say the bug never goes
Size, I'd be looking at 4ft max, tried and tried before at getting a 5ft but to much hassle trying to fit it in, don't think I'd be able to fit one where I am now so 4ft would be the max.
What to put in it is the main thing, I have no idea, if you have a look at my older posts (if you have the time), I've generally kept community tanks. I do like them as you can put a variety of fish in as long as you get the right mix, but not sure what I want to do this time round.
New World Cichlids I like very much but are tricky keep together depending on what is in the tank. Oddballs maybe but again would need to get the right mix so many decisions!!! I'm not a newbee, but by no means an expert but I like to know what I'm doing......
What I would like from you guys would be ideas, and if you see any that you don't buy is tanks for cheap in the Hertfordshire area!!!
It may be a week, it could be 2 months before I get the tank, but when it comes to fish, forward planning is the only way forward otherwise costly mistakes will be made!!
