You can add the full dose. With plecs it more the parasite meds they don't tolerate to well.

Been getting stressed and can't think right when i'm stressed.
Noticed any more spots on any of the fish.

Clampe fins means stress or desease.
Have you increased aeration with the med. - Have not increased but I have 2 filters both breaking the surface and an aircurtain + plants
Noticed any more spots. - A neon has a v.small white spot on its tail
Are the fish still flicking. - Yes
Some fish get stressed when you add meds to the tank.
I knew they would break out in whitespot once you added the bacterial med.
The spot on the neons tail dosn't it look like a grain of salt.
