I Want This Fish So Bad.

I am not sure I can controle myself. I want this fish so badly I love his color and his shape. I think I might have to buy him I am going crazy.  
 
I would really want to breed him but I am not sure what kind of female would be good for this kind of color. I am going to ask the breeder if he has a female like this. Because I would love to breed fish that look like this

In the second photo it sure looks as if the right ventral (pelvic) fin is deformed. Note how the tip is curved back rather than being straight and tapered.

I see what TTA is referring too and this may well be passed onto the fry.

Having said that Vader has a 'kinky' fin too and is fine, BUT I'm not intending to breed from him.

Would be lovely to buy and just look at though

I just wanted to be sure snowflake had seen this to make sure snow was not paying a lot of money for a fish that was "not perfect".
 
Over the years I have had pleco spawns where all of the fry would show one deforemed pectoral. I generally give these fish away to people whom I make aware of the deformity and whom I trust will not breed them, get deformed fry and then sell them on.
 
My rule on such fish is simple. If they can survive happily in my, or somebody else's tank, I do not euthanize.
