I wanted a larger community fish as sort of a centerpiece to my tank, but the smallest fish I have in the tank are my molly fry which is about a little under an inch long. Once they grow, the neons will be the smallest fish in the tank at around an inch or so.

I was thinking about getting some more cloan loaches like 2 more clowns but I was interested in some type of cichlid. Any ideas of what I could have? Or do you think I am overstocked already? I have these fish in my tank as of now:

2 clown loaches
5 neon tetras
7 molly fry
1 adult dalmation molly
5 glass catfish
1 bumblebee catfish
12 female bettas
1 common plec
1 rubber nose plec

And I think that is it.

You can always go with rams again, Raech.. Just wait til the fry are a bit bigger first.
All of the rams I've had die on me and it is too heartbreaking. I feel like it is my fault. :-(

And about the khuli loaches, I want something bigger.

get another clown loach

you can also get a Festivum Cichlid pair and a Keyhole Cichlid pair(both profiles are in the fish index),
hmm, and once you get the molly fry grown youcould try a small severum or two.
EDIT:what about a few pairs of Apistogrammas?or bolivian rams?

I definatly add more clowns, at least two.
due to your common pleco, I think that any other large fish may overlood your filter and thus could cause you a problem in the future.

Well I have over filtration. I have two 80 gallon HOB filters for my 120 gallon tank. Plus I clean the sand every week.

Yeah, you're pretty vigilant with water changes.. almost every time I talk to you you're either doing one, about to do one, or just finished one! :p
I know haha. I am so used to it because I am always doing 100% water changes with my bettas, so I just get in the "water changing mood" and clean out ALL of the tanks. :p

just a thought. instead of getting one more big fish would you consider getting a large group of smaller schooling fish. You could add 5 more neons or get ten gold danios. The khuli loaches are awesome fish btw.

I agree with the clowns  They are so fun and have so much character and it really comes out when they're in groups. They get big and add a lot of color too. Plus you have a great size tank for them compared to the sizes most of them end up in :)

Yea, I love my loaches...but I would LOVE a gold severum or something. Just afraid they'd eat the neons.

Keyholes, festivums and severums will all eat mollie fry and neons. The general rule is that fish are only as safe as the size of their mouths so if you wish to keep small fish (those under 4") then it is not a good idea to keep large fish, almost all fish with the exception of strict herbivors will try to eat any small fish that are close by.

What about angelfish? Would they get nipped or anything? I know they MAY eat my neons..but I could always stick the neons in the 30 gallon.
