I Need Help Fast

So if you live in the uk or any other Country you might or might not know that the United States of America is have a lot of snow and ice this year where I live (witch I'm not going to tell you) is about to get a lot of ice and snow and we're getting all these warning saying that power will be out so how long will my fish make it cuz it could be days before we get power back we have A generator I need to know how often I need to plug up the filter to it so the fish will live

Get a battery powered air pump.  Don't feed them either while the power is out.   I would do a water change now also.  The biggest thing will be keeping the tank warm if you lose heat.  What kind of fish do you have in there?

Tetras and guppies and it is all ready snowing I can not go get a air pump

Been reading a lot of power outage posts from different forums as well ranging from hermit crabs to hedgehogs and they all have the same dilemma as well.

Guppies can do well even without an air pump, not sure about the tetras though. Try insulating your tank with blankets or some insulating pads, you know those silver colored stuff (dunno what they're called, sorry)

If you can run your filter for an hour, twice a day from your generator, that would be a really big help (to both your fish and your filter bacteria.)
 
Wrap the tank up as much as you can and, if the water starts to get really cold, either do a slightly warmer than usual water change (I'm assuming, as you have a generator, you'll be able to boil a kettle or something for hot water?) or stand a clean soda bottle filled with hot water in the tank.
 
Do not feed the fish at all. They can easily go without food for a few days, and you want to keep the tank as unpolluted by food and fish poo as possible while you don't have your filter running.

If you have any polystyrene then use this to help insulate the aquarium. I would guess cooking foil may also help to keep the heat (?)

If you have a fish store near you -- NOT a chain like PetCo, or PetsMart -- they may be willing to take in your fish.  This assumes they have back up power, and that you can get to them.
 
Back 17 years ago or so, I had tanks and was living in a large apartment complex.  Construction at another building hit a gas line; all the buildings were evacuated, power shut down, and we were not allowed back for 5 days.  The company paid for all our expenses, many of us had pets and had to stay 5 nights at a pet friendly hotel nearby (I had 4 cats). 
 
The chain pet stores have all their tanks in along line, so if my fish had been sick, it would spread to the entire store, so they were not willing to help, and I got that.  There were 2 small fish supplier shops in my area, and both had individual tanks, which were not connected to more than 1 or 2 other tanks.  One shop owner willing took in my fish, in a nice tank that was already set up -- he moved the fish to another tank, which was in a series of 3.  He held my fish for free for 2 weeks!
 
Once power came back on, I had to completely clean my tank (white vinegar) and get things started.  The owner GAVE me all the water I needed (his tank where my fish were was larger than my 2 together)  AND back when I took the fish in, he had asked me what I had for filters.  Unknown to me (I was super anxious, having to find the hotel, get a fireman to escort me in to my apartment to get clothes, my cats into carriers and out, then the fish OMGOSH it was nuts!), he did this so he could get filter media going in HIS tank where my fish were,  for me! 
 
With the transfer of the water and filter media, along with the fish, everything went smoothly and I did not lose ONE FISH.  That man was so helpful to me and never took a penny!
 
There ARE good people in this world!
