I found this lovely tank 96 litres on ebay for 20 pounds that is in really good condition!! but my parents are not interested so I think i will have to buy a biOrb But I heard Bowls can be bad for fish ?

Nitrate Liquid tester
Conditioner for water
Heater if Tropical
Gravel / Sand
a few plants ornaments
Fish food

of coarse fish eventually

You forgot a filter as well. :)
also biOrds are not bad for fish, they are just a pain in the backside. They are difficult to clean, maintain and catch fish out of.
i think you may have read somewhere that bowls are bad. reasoning is because they 99% dont contain a filter with is desperatly needed to control the waste produced by the fish and food. but biorbs if you dont mind the hassel and want a bowl then get one, but i highly recomend not.

Ye the filters comes with the tank .

I will probably have to wait till my parents come round to the idea , they think its expensive when we already have pets but im paying for this , What a shame I couldnt get the 96 litre secound hand one but I shall have to wait and see what happens in the future.
