Went to my LFS today and seen some hybrid rainbow sharks and red tail sharks just looked like normal ones but a darker black line down the middle just wondered if anyone knows anything about them, size? agrression etc... Cheers

I dont really know anything about them, however you would figure that they would end up sharing much of the same characteristics of the parents --- aggressive especially with others of the same species unless you have a very big group, 5-6" full grown. Just a pure guess though.

Well hybrids should not look just like "normal ones" whatever that is. RTS have red tail fin, rainbow sharks have all red fins, a hybrid should look like a fish with random red fins. IMO what you describe sounds alot like a really stress shark. If your thinking its a albino X normal cross it isn't. Those sharks are true albinos. It is a recessive gene. A albino x normal cross would produce fry that all look like a normal "black" shark. If this is done within the species then its not actually a hybrid anyway.

The store is very good and well known so ill be going back up and ask them, Ill let you guys know.

They looked like your average sharks but a darker black line down the middle of them.
