Has to be ferrets - every time. I started off with a pair and now have six... they're that great! I love reptiles though as well like Saedcantas. Geckos are my thing in particular, although I'd love to have a royal python and a desert iggie some day .

apsalutly i love the look of geckos i was on holiday once and we were in a villa up in southern spain and a gecko was having a fight with a praying mantes (the gecko won yepiiiiiiii as my sister went up to the praying mantes picked him up and hrough him in the pool)

Wow! Gorg. geckos! I have had horrible luck with reptiles, but then again, they've mostly been rescues and were thus either sickly or aggressive. However, I've always loved the look and personality of geckos. Yours look healthy and wonderful. Nice to see!

Awww thanks for the nice comments everyone... I love feeling all pleased with myself when people compliment my animals
I'll post a picture of each of my ferrets for you, but I think I've probably posted them on another thread somewhere along the way!

I don't think it's possible to say which pet out of any of them is the best, as they are all great and special in their own way.

It's hard to say which pet is the best, I love all of mine! But I have to say, my horses are very special. They come when I call them, they'll follow me around, try to help with barn chores (even if that only involves tipping over water buckets ), and they always come over and be my friend when I'm upset. But my dogs and cats are also very good at that. I couldn't chose which is best, they are all awesome.

But you wanted a picture...so here's a few of my favorite horses, since they are the ones I talked about most.

Goldie is really a good girl, she's always willing to try her best for you. She's actually a vaulting horse, that's what the tack you see on her is for. If you don't know what vaulting is...try here: American Vaulting Association

And Applebee is a he, but yeah...you gotta love the blaze.

I've heard of vaulting, but didn't know much about it. Clicked on the link and now I know a little more. Goldie must be a very steady girl to be a vaulting horse!

Don't worry, he's doing good!

She is pretty steady especially at the trot and the walk, but at the canter...well, to be quite honest, she stinks. Our team really needs more canter horses, so it's a shame she can't do it. It's just too much for an 18 hand Draft to canter on a smallish circle like that. Some do it well, just not her. She's great at the other gaits, absolutely a doll.

And I'll stop high-jacking this topic now...sorry!
