How To Remove Silicone

hi, in my juwel there is a built in filter casing, stuck on with silicone.

I want to get it off as soon as so i can put my new eheim in properly.

I've tried with a knife and some of it has come off, but i cant reach the back with a knife and there's four more splodges of silicone on that bit.

Has anyone got any suggestions as to how to get it off? possibly with fish still in tank? If not its okay ill take everything out, id just rather not as they've only just settled back down!

if the tank is empty, use a bit if vinegar, then scrape it off with a craft blade. if its stocked, just use the craft blade and some patients.
