how many rams

i decided on rams for my dwarf breeding tank. i am going to be breeding them, so i am wondering how many and in what ratio of m/f should i get? the tank is a 29 gallon, planted, with sand, and rock structures. thanks in advance.

I wouldnt go for more than a couple of pairs at a time in the same tank as they may fight over territory 3 pairs at most me thinks.
Although..... firstly you need them to pair up in the firstplace... my advice is buy a group of young individuals with the female to male ratio of 2 female's per male & then as they get settled & mature they will pair off naturally...
Remember NO bottom feeders such as cory's clown loaches etc as they will all eat the eggs.
