So I ask, how many Galaxy Rasboras can I have in here when its cycled fully?
Species only tank.

Tank: Juwel Rekord 700 @ 70 Litres
Filter : Turnover at 280l/h
Substrate: Eco-Complete
Decor: Bogwood, will be adding many more plants

Thanks

I'd probably start with 20 and go from there, I reckon up to 30 would be fine. You might find it looks a bit empty though as they tend to stick to the bottom levels most of the time.

Well they do only grow to around 1" each, they're slim bodied and they're unlikely to breed in the tank unless you spcifically sectioned off some of it. So 20-30 seems reasonable with a good water change schedule, no overfeeding and plenty of plants. :)

I have 12 in a 40 litre, so 25+ I think would be ok.
As above, start with maybe 20
They do tend to stick to the lower level of the tank & are quite timid, so plenty of plants is best.
They don't like a strong flow from the filter, I have sponge filters in my tank
