How Man Guppies Can I Have

i have a ufo350 tank and have 11 guppies and 4 neons and one sword tail and one suck fish i am wonderin how many more guppies i can have in dat thank

The UFO 350 is only 30 gallons which means it holds about 7 gallons. Now Im a believer in stretching the inch per gallon rule but 16 fish in a 7 gallon tank that are not really micro fish and a sword tail.... you need a bigger tank.

Also the "suck fish" google these two names and see which it is - common pleco - chinese algae eater

cheers mate i will have ta go get new tank tomorrow i would like to have a goo few guppies so do u rec a tank and all so how many male ta female do u need ta have dem breed

You won't be able to stop guppies breeding if you have both males and females! But to stop the females getting too harrassed (male guppies are sex mad!) it's best to get at least two females for every male.

Get the biggest tank you can as, don't forget, if your fish are breeding you need to have space for the babies to grow (but you'll still have to find a way to get rid of some of them eventually, as you will end up overstocked with all the fry; and once those fry grow up, they'll be having babies as well!)

Did you manage to find out what your 'suck fish' was?

yeah its common pleco man dey grow some size and eat friit and veg and drift wood

Oh dear You'll have to try and re-home that one then, unless you really want a 6'x2'x2' at least, which would be a rather dramatic upgrade from a 7 gallon! Just think of the amount of guppies you could have in that though...
