How Long

Does anyone know how long the guarantee on fish should be?
Water tested at 0ppm ammonia 0ppm nitrite and this fish I bought on Monday is dead

As with most livestock i dont think there are any "guarantee's", just good and bad places to buy fish IMO. Call the LFS you got the fish from and see if they will give you another as goodwill?

that's how i view it too. there seems to be no rules!

but some shops will offer exchange, for dead or ill fish. usually all you have to do is supply a water sample.
they tend to stipulate a week, as the period covered.
the best way to find out is to ask.
