How Do You Post Plants?

Thinking of selling a few plants off, how do you go about posting them and how much would it roughly cost to send something like an Amazon Sword which is around 3 inches. Cheers.

Wrap in wet kitchen towel, double bag, put in a jiffy bag and post, in the UK probably about 60-80p
