Grrr... Does that mean you need to change that charcoal (I assume this is an active carbon) every two weeks? If that is the case, then it may not be a good long term solution for aquarium...

Python

I wonder if they'll ship em to the UK?

Arfie
Surely, there must be some distributers who carry Python in UK - they are pretty well known...

In fact, there are couple of clones as well. I'm sure you will be able to find either the original or the clone ones from one of your better LFSes.

I think I going to get a Python!!!!!

I only have Two 20gal and One 10gal, but I get tired I lugging buckets!!!

No, it's good for about 600 gallons of water, so many water changes depending on the size of your tank.

www.aquatics-online.co.uk have one.
i use the bucket method becauese i only have two 15g tanks.
by the time i have connected things up i could be on my second bucket and cleaning the filter.

All I do when i do a water change is take the water out, then put the water back in. After that I put dechlorinator in for the whole tank, just enough Proper pH 7.0 for the tap water, and Water Clarifyer for the whole tank. So easy, it gets done in like 5 minutes. And the fish dont mind me dechlorinating it while in the tank instead of before either. Its easy and it works!

Was using buckets but now i'm looking to get a python as i now have 1 x 56g, 2 x 30g & 1 x 15g.

Too many buckets and i got  from getting tank water in my mouth :*)

Every week, I do about 20g of water changes - so that works out to be 30 weeks. That's slightly over 1/2 a year.

Hmm... Its not obvious which way is cheaper now...
