too sex them look under there tummys female will have a ordinary fin and male with have a little stick pointed towards his tail ..... so its kinda no differene than noraml mamals male has a willy and female hasn't....... well to bredd them is simple put them in a tank together and eveutually they will bredd about 6 to 8 weeks later ur have babys!!! u dnt have to do a thing!

It's a wild livebearer but their are some 350 livebearers other then then 4 or 5 types in the shops

molly.

but their are over 350 more livebearers

in just the swordtail and platy's their are 35 species alone.

Whenevr I see that question I haul out my Heterandria formosa pictures HelterSkelter. They are the ones I have that show a gonopodium and a female anal fin most clearly. Digging out my Xenotoca Eiseni pictures doesn't help most of the folks that are asking although I have very clear pictures of each sex in them too.
