We have had spammers joining the board and using their avatar and signature areas to deliver their spam messages. To combat that, we introduced a restriction that members needed 5 useful posts before they could change those parts of their profile.
That was your 5th useful post, so you now have access to the editing facilities.

You can resize pics using paint or some photo sharing websites like photobucket will also have resize options.dave840f1 said:
