Best app for aquariums?

Hi all! Do you use an app or site to track your aquarium chemical tests, water changes, adding plants/livestock, etc. that you really like?
My severe inattentive ADHD makes it really challenging to remember to do things and I feel like an app would be super helpful.

The only thing I do on a regular basis is changing water. If I do it weekly then I pick one day a week, say every Sunday to do it. If it's every 2 weeks then the first day and the 15th of the month. If I can't remember that, then I'd set the alarm on the phone to remind me every week or every fortnight. If I was a person who'd ignores the alarms then I'd go the old fashioned way by sticking the schedule on each tank to remind me.
If I was a person who'd ignore all the above, then an app probably wouldn't hep either as the chances are that I'd just ignore the app too. That said, I'm not sure if there's an app for that.
Hope that your tank goes well and the fish are happy.

Edit: I use Excel to keep track of everything else, fish purchases, equipment, etc.

As shamefully low tech as it sounds, in my fishroom full of tanks, I use an old school whiteboard. If I did it on an app, it was the same process except I had to remember to open the app to check it. I'd rather glance at something. It's surprising how often I figure I have a few days before I need to do anything, but look and a quick calculation says a week has passed. I don't do maintenance on the same day every week, but get it done between 7 to 10 days when I'm busy. That seems to be often.

I have a sheet of paper held on the side of the fridge with magnets for water changes and an old fashioned paper notebook for everything else.

I find the best app is a pen and piece of paper. It never needs charging and works even when there is a week long power outage.

Just change water weekly, feed fish daily. No app needed. When establishing a new tank I do keep a log in Excel but that is on my desktop. I like to work with a real keyboard.

This contains everything from the most recent water quality report to things I've read on line (mainly here) and want to be able to find again, to the list of plants in my tanks including those which died so I know not to try again.

Yes, they came home with 2 each and those poor fish spent their first night in our home in a large kitchen mixing bowl in water with no dechlorinator added. One didn't make it through the night. The following evening we went shopping buying a 60 litre tank, a filter, dechlorinator and goldfish food. I had no option but do a fish-in cycle though I didn't even know what cycling was back then - no internet and very outdated books in the library. The 3 survivors (1 common and 2 comets) grew so quickly that 9 months later we gave them away to someone with a pond and I bought a heater and tropical fish.

Since I set up my first tank I have always done weekly water changes and Maint. on the weekends. Even when I had 20 tanks running I did this. However, When I began doing the summer tanks I needed a 3rd day to get all the tanks done.

Today, in year 26, I am down to only 12 tanks and I am facing my 78th birthday. I find it increasingly difficult to do weeklies on them. I am now at more like 10 -12 days on average, However, these days I have only 3/12 tanks and just one species of pleco I am still breeding. The other 9 tanks are all filled with plants and able to forgive the greater time between water changes etc. Also, one of the 12 tanks is basically holding excess frogbit and a few assassin snails and needs minimal attention.

My greatest challenge has been health issues slowing me down. I am for sure am example of the line in the Little Feat song, Old Folks Boogie, which goes, "You know that your are over the hill when your mind makes a promise that your body can't fill." That hill appears to be fading in the distance behind me.

I did not need an app to remind we it was the weekend and that meant it was time to do the tanks. Now I have to remind myself that I am overdue to do the tanks. I now find it harder to work in tanks two days in a row. The last time I out in two full days on tanks was when the 150 with the clowns and redline barbs started to leak and I had to move the entire contents into an empty 125. This took me two full days of at least 12 hours each.

I am not a big fan of apps on my PC and I do not use a smart phone. I am not a big fan of Excel either. I have not used it in decades. But, I can tell you that there are three things that come with old age.

The first is you forget a lot.

Well I'll be 83 this Saturday. At present I have four tanks. 3 55's and a 75. Finally got smart and purchased small pump and pump water out and direct fill water in. Can do water changes in about 30 minutes. If I clean substrate maybe 45 minutes. I do "weekly" water changes meaning a day or two margin here or there.

No idea which one is the best. But that's because I don't use them. And to be honest, I don't even have the urge to use one. It's probably also a generation issue. Despite of the fact that I have an electronics background, I've never been interested in video games and using apps for all kinds of things. I like to live my life doing things myself as much as possible. That gives my life purpose...
