Since always lol. Unless you get permission from the goverment... i think. and you are especially not allowed to introduce them if they are not native. But in my case, the pond does not lead anywhere and is not very large. Snakeheads can walk on land everyone, so that's probably why they have infested lakes, ponds and rivers. They can travel short distances over land so if you wanted them is a pond in your backyard you would need a fence surrounding it so that they wouldn't get into any other bodies of waterwhen is it illegal to free animals to the wild???
