yesterday I notice hole in my flowerhorn head, and the next morning I bath him with methylene blue and salt under sunlight. also thoroughly clean the aquarium. Should I buy medicine? or can it go away on its own, if I keep the water clean and give him salt and methylene blue and sunlight for a week?
