HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! That is so funny! I have never heard of a Betta fish, or any other kind of fish, do that with a green bubble gum packet. That brings a smile to my face, considering that my beautiful Betta passed away today. Your fish sounds like it's in love!

The poor guy he is in love! Even if is with a green chewing gum packet. I think Betta's have great personalities. I have found the females to be very cheeky, my male Mr.B doesnt care aslong as hes got food. He loves his bloodworms, eats them like there is no tomorrow then he has a pot belly for a few hours. The new baby whiptail catfish never got any.

I hope your Betta's relationship lasts longer than with a female, lol.
