I have a guppy who isn't swimming a lot, doesn't eat, and keeps floating to the surface.
Help!!!!! If I don't do somthing she might die from exhaustion!!!!! :(

Just 5 other guppies. Just in case I put her in isolation.

good idea, do you have test strips or an API Master Kit??

Test strips are found to be inaccurate .
NyanKat, the best way to find out the problem would to have a test kit that tests ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH for your aquarium. These could cause problems.
Is the tank cycled?

Yes, I even added drops that stabilize the water automatically.
She won't eat.... She's exhausted.... She's doing worse than yesterday! :(

No but thank you.
