Help!

I have a guppy who isn't swimming a lot, doesn't eat, and keeps floating to the surface.
Help!!!!! If I don't do somthing she might die from exhaustion!!!!!

good idea, do you have test strips or an API Master Kit??

Test strips are found to be inaccurate .
NyanKat, the best way to find out the problem would to have a test kit that tests ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH for your aquarium. These could cause problems.
Is the tank cycled?

Yes, I even added drops that stabilize the water automatically.
She won't eat.... She's exhausted.... She's doing worse than yesterday!

Id try doing a large water change, this stuff usually happens from an unstable tank, or an un-cycled one. Adding drops unfortunately doesnt do much for your tank, and doesnt cycle it either.

 but I'm still a little clueless. parents said it probably is just a bubble. I don't think so though.
