Help With Seachem Directions Please

I have a bottle of seachem flourish excel and I dont quite understand the dosing directions can some help simplify it Or tell me how many mL per gallon for me please. I have a 20 gallon high.

Directions:
On initial use aftet a major (40%) water change, use 1 capful (5mL) for every 40L (10 gallons).
There after use 1 capful for every 200L (50 gallon) daily or every other day. Dosing maybe slowly increased in hi-growth aquariums.

Do not over dose.

So after the water change add 2 cap fulls which is 20G (10G for each cap full) after id say add 2ML each day or every other day. Do you have a pipette?? would be easier?

This is really confusing for me too and I'm 19 so don't feel bad! Math was never my strong point.

I have a 20g as well. I dose 2ML a day. What I did was go to a pharmacy/drug store and ask them for a syringe (normally it's free)... then I just suck out 2ML of excel.

And your first dose will be 2 caps.

So after water change 2 capful and each or everyother day 2 ml. Gotcha
