Help With My Khuli Loach Please! :(

i just got a black khuli loach and hes laying on his side a lot. He will swim around noramlly and then go up on a leaf or the gravel and just lay there, sometimes on his side.. is he ok?? i just got him today so im not sure if its just shock.

from experience, kuhlis dont ship well. if your kuhli starts swimming up the sides really fast and stays up there or it starts swimming upside down, theres a big chance that it wont make it. is it eating? if you see it eating, it should make it fine
