HELP! Puffer fish!

That is a greepspotted puffer and is a high end brackish to low end marine salt water wish and get to around 5 inches. Or a figure 8 puffer which is a low end brackish fish as well
 
You'll need a 55 gallon, heater, marine salt, and a sponge filter to properly take care of it along with feeding it snails to keep its beak short

That's a pea puffer yeah. I've never heard them called green and yellow before. That's usually the names for the brackish puffers when shops are trying to get rid of them huh.
 
Definitely a pea puffer. They are sometimes called green puffers though.
 
The trouble with common names is that a fish store can call a fish anything they like. If you are not sure exactly what a fish is, ask them for the latin name before buying it.
