My fish has something hanging out of its stomach does any one no what this could be

Maybe a prolapse?

Does it appear to be an injury like a gash or slash?

It's hard to tell because she doesn't stay still but I'm guessing it could be ither one of them , is there anything u could do ?

If it is a gash, there is probably not much chance to save it, because it has ruptured major organs. If it is a prolapse you could still have her.
