That's Staghorn and Black Brush Algae you have there, both commonly caused by fluctuating CO2 levels, do you inject CO2 or use a carbon supplement?

Do you do your water changes with lights on or before lights on and do you have a lot of movement at the water surface?

There appears to be several types of algae in your tank - including string and brown (<- very nasty!). Test your water for ammonia, nitrate, and nitrite and advise. Also advise regarding lighting type and duration.

Remove air pumps too as it gasses of naturally occurring CO2 and causes hair algae, staghorn and black brush, your fish will get all the O2 they need from the plants.
