Help! I Dont Know What My Fish Is!

If anyone can tell me what kind of fish these are that would be great, they eat cockles and other small fish & crustacions, they are freshwater tropical and are living with my cichlids at the moment. Im sure they are some kind of loach but cant find any pics simmilar on any websites to clarify!
