I seek no case to berate you, my attitude is simply one of being honest and straight forward, to raise that you have stated to never trust an lfs, that they do not know what they are talking about or that they give incorrect information to make sales. Hence my comment about broad brushes.

Since then you have went on to say that this is your experience, that your comments relate to typical experience. This is substantially different and I am sure that those who do work hard will appreciate this addition.
