I'm brand new here. I've owned fresh water tanks off and on since 1965. I currently have three fresh water tanks, all nano, a 2 gallon, a 5 gallon and a 10 gallon. The five gallon is non livebearers - egg bearers, striped danio. The other two are live bearers, guppies and mollies. In my first ever tank, a 20 gallon, I grew plants along with fish. I haven't grown plants in any of my tanks since. But, I do think about trying it again at some point in the future.
