Hello

I had this crazy idea after seeing this 'Fluval Evo X11' that I could keep a saltwater tank. Until I researched it and it wasn't quite what it seemed.
So, if that is not an option, I would like to try my hand back in the freshwater world.

Thank you.

Maybe you can help me. Is there a difference between some aquarium glass quality / color. I heard that some glass looks green while others are very clear.

Any advice in this matter?

I am asking you very experienced fish tank experts to assist me on this. First order of bussiness tank size: 30-55G. What are the best makes? Second is everything else right now.
Unless there are really good kits that fall between those.

Thanks in advance!

Just from observation it seems like the better quality thicker glass tanks have a tinge of the green that can be seen on the edges. Thinner glass seems more clear.

If you can find a tank made from optiwhite glass, that doesn't have the green tinge, though it would be more expensive. My main tank has an optiwhite glass front, though the sides and back are standard glass.
