Came home tonight and 4 out of 5 guppys have got parts of there find missing

Water info
Ammonia 0.25
Nitrites 0.25
Nitrates 10

Done a 70% water change. Could it be the water or just them fighting amongst themselves ??

What should I do

2 corydoras
3 platys
4 neons
3 red nose tetra
5 black widow tetra
1 bristle nose pleco
5 guppys in total
2 lemon tetra
2 harlequin tetra
1 electric blue ram
1 Siamese fighter
2 cherry barbs

Think that's it lol they have been together for 3 week and been fine but the guppys seem to be attacking each other and the Corys keep going for the pleco !

I had some guppies with Fighters, and the fighters slowly picked guppies off one by one, until i noticed that she was the cause, removed her, not had a problem since.

I treated the fish with Anti Bacterial treatment once i got the fighter out.

Odds are it's the fighter.
I'd remove it to another tank if you can, or divide part of the main tank

dreading going home today, one of the guppys tails was pretty much half gone - and its one my females, so im guessing if it keeps getting attacked then it will be unable to swim :( cant understand why all of a sudden the other guppys would attack each other
