Guppy With Lump On Belly. Is It Safe To Put In Tank?

just purchased a bunch of guppies and the woman in the store managed to sneak one in with a quite large lump on its belly. Im concerned about this fish and what to do. if its a parasite then i cant put any of those fish in the tank
 
Any ideas on what this could be. Help images are below in links. (too big to uploads sorry)

I'm not sure what it is, but i would quarantine the entire batch of guppies for a couple of weeks, if you have a spare tank (or container) and a matured filter and see how they do. This is would be the safest thing to do.

I would take the fish back to the shop where you purchased them.
