Grrrrrr....my Package Didnt Arive Today

why do we bother to pay expensive shipping on our fish if they always arive several days later then we paid for them to get here.

I already have a complaint in with usps, but atm they dont even have a clue where the box is or when I will be recieving it.

Oh no....I didn't realise you had another late one. I totally agree, why bother offering a service when you can't provide it. It really is a joke and then we're left with the hassle of trying to claim the money back too

how do you go about reclaiming your shipping money?...I mean I paid for next day service, I should get next day service.

mine is threw the us postal service, and there has been no major clamitys between here and the shipping point.
